We are currently experiencing strong growth, and are constantly expanding our network to accommodate demand. This growth has already been reflected in improved customer support and our commitment to provide all new customers with instant online account activation.
Our chief operating philosophy can be summarized by the following three priorities (listed in no specific order):
Server speed and reliability: We have technical staff on call 24 hours, 7 days. Our servers and network status are monitored live by our Network Operations Centre. We maintain multiple connections to major independent backbones. We also have replacement parts and whole servers onsite, and in the case of a server failure, we can rebuild the server within minutes.
Customer Support: Our Customer Support Team is available 24 hours, 7 days to handle enquiries. All support questions are handled efficiently and we provide customers with access to our online support section, which contains a wealth of support information relating to our service.
Dedication and Commitment: We understand that "raw" web space simply will not do. We are constantly upgrading our services and adding new features. We run Unix servers for the optimum in performance and reliability.
In addition to the above, another important priority is growth management. We have been a witness to much of competition quickly "blowing up" (expanding) and then bursting, just like a balloon.
